Have had them for years. Have always worked good. Had to replace older model as it was not working properly. However, your customer service seems to have taken a nose dive. I called three times and got an operator who stated someone would call back. Never happened. E-mailed once, no response. I still bought this system because I like the way it sets up and works. Sorry - I do not have facebook, twitter, instagram or X or use any other social media.
