You can make it a 5-Star with a wee fit mod

Difficult to get your foot into, but once they are on they feel good, although still too tight around the mid foot. The opening should be longer, after all, the strap is what is to hold the foot secure. I improved them by snipping out the elastic gore (see photo). This has greatly improved access and overall comfort. I recommend this to anyone that would otherwise think of returning them, which I almost did before taking sewing trim scissors to that elastic. I like to think my advice is sound (I'm retired from a career in performance athletic footwear design). Mine are setup with Shimano SPD CL-MT001 SPD Multi-Entry Single-Release Cleats, for Shimano T8000 Tour Pedals on my Tern NBD E-Bike that I use expressly for short errands to keep me out of my car. I ride an acoustic bike with real cycling shoes for long fitness rides. These Slipstreams fit the bill for my outdoor use. Very happy I found them.

Great Color and Comfortable Shape

Overall good design and feel. Perfect for riding indoors. would have to try them on the outdoors.
