The bar came out in the first one that I had so I had to reorder. Make sure you tighten the screw. Other than that, I love it. It’s a great bracelet.

the long straight bar in the bracelet came loose and my wife lost it. i emailed the co. and let them know and asked for a replacement and they immediately sent one out very professional. co. great response and my wife loves it. thank u
