I’m taking these to support sun damaged skin, and know they contain only the best, time tested ingredients. Along with castor oil applied topically on particularly dry areas, I think there is some improvement.

Using the collagen builder rather than just pure collagen as that has a higher chance into forming into collagen post digestion. My skin has been looking great, however I can’t just attribute this to the duo, I’ve also been using carrot oil from Fushi. But I think this is high quality and is acting preventively for my skins’s benefit.
