My skin does appear better and hair is not as limp. I take the capsules every so often as I do take quite a lot of supplements to combat menopause symptoms. The results are very good. They are easy to take capsules without any noticeable side effects. I highly recommend this product and other products from fushi as they are excellent quality, good value and effective.
