I’m 71, and I’ve been making my own soap, cleaning and personal products for over 30 years. I struggled with the soap maid site and was unable to pay, Steff walked me through their site and my OWN phone problem, it took 3 emails and lots of patience on her side, the issue was mine! When I picked up my order I was helped to load the car, and check my order by such a lovely man, he chatted with me, again showing patience and respect. As for the products, I’ve been around the block many times, with big Australian soap ingredient suppliers I’ve been disappointed, angry, and had to waste time with returns, but not now! The products are excellent and match site descriptions, the customer service is old school and so refreshing. I don’t do recommendations normally but Soap Maid are outstanding……. Nani k
