Lowdesk Ultra Frame

I absolute love this product. Very life changing if you care about regaining your mobility. Noticing changes already for myself. Just sitting on the floor at my desk is a joy, being able to laze about, and stretch however I want without a chair feels great. It's very sturdy however height I set it to. Don't feel wobbly at when extended for myself. Being able to change from floor to chair to standing is very freeing with the options. Getting started on assembly is a daunting task just as always getting started is the hardest part on figuring how it's put together. Takes longer than what they say but it really depends on you. Took me a few hours, and the layout of my room, and countertops is different that I had to adapt and had to visually imagine a mirror effect with the pictures in the instructions, that and a myriad of personal reasons for the countertops I used. I imagine it's really easy if you buy their countertops specially already measured with pre-drilled holes. I had my own so I needed to do my own measurements. I did have my own faults, my own countertops are both 72 inch long, and well with the L shape setup, one counter top is gonna be like 86 inches longer than specified in the instructions, and the longer part is where my Computer Tower has to sit on, and with it's weight, it wasn't gonna rise/lower properly. I had to make some sacrifice on space by moving my PC Tower on top of the Leg and move it in a bit to raise it properly. So part of my countertop hangs out farther over, didn't wanna cut it, but it's not really much of an issue for me. I had issues with not raising up initially but support helped me right away, the battery power thingy was plugged in the wrong port (instruction manual shows it wrong by the way if you look really closely at the pictures, so there was confusion for me.) It did take a while for it to be delivered to me, 12 week and 3 days, however support was quick to respond to my emails about the status, they had international shipping delays with parts. Their support is very helpful they are very quick with responding to my emails with questions. All in all, I believe to be the best computer desk frame on the market for it's functions.

Excellent Desk, Instructions could be improved. Love the desk. I bought just the frame and got the perfect tabletop for it. It is a bit stuttery going up and down compared to other desks, but is very stable when in position and has an excellent top and bottom height. The instructions could be improved upon. Some typos and differences between how it is packaged vs drawn in the assembly instructions made the initial setup a bit annoying. But once put together it is great. Definitely good to have 3 people to flip it over for the L-frame and table.
