*update customer returns were very helpful* Would not buy again. I thought this was capsules so maybe I clicked the wrong product. It was powder. Powder tasted great, but I only took 1 capful for 3 days and put me in the worse ovarian pain I've ever been in. Started to put me in my cycle but my period was 10 days off so that was bad too.

I can definitely see a difference based on my skin & menstrual health. It's a huge plus that it tastes great & has good ingredients!
