Sleep Better

I really sleep better as I now where my cap to sleep in. I may be “crazy” but I feel better since I started wearing my cap around my tech. I think better with it. I still pause at the end of my sentences by sometimes I get all the way to the second word to the end.

Maybe offer smaller adult beanie for petite women? Almost like a 'junior'/'youth' size. :P

I think I feel a difference, definitely feel the calm when wearing it. The only thing is, as a petite woman, the adult beanie seems a little large. Not much, it still works, so it's satisfactory, but I have to reach up pretty frequently to readjust how it's sitting on my head because it moves around often, especially if I walk around or reposition my head posture. Thanks!

Beanie Time

This beanie fits a little tight but I wear it but the one I bought first the light gray one is my favorite I sleep with that one on my head of course 😂. But so far I'm liking it I'll know more as time goes on
