I wasn't 100% on board. We sleep in ours. I have woke up with headaches in the mornings. I always thought it was my work schedule. The very first night I wore it I still thought ok this is weird but I'll give it a try. When I woke up with no headache it was awesome. I haven't had one since. Thank you!
