Love the Italian spice. Another Mingle fave that I keep on hand. I use on pizza bases, on vegetable wedges, to flavour kebabs, add to spaghetti bolognese or on any other dish for an Italian flavour.

Really good fresh blend of herbs for classic tomato based Italian dishes

Great herb addition to Italian dishes just prior to serving (long enough to rehydrate but not stew). A good dash a few minutes off serving and it is a "good second" to fresh chopped herbs, useful when in a rush!

I just love the Italian mix, to shake over vegies, mix into meatballs or making soag bol. I even sprinkle it over homemade pizza bases for extra italian authentic flavouring
