Terrible Purchase

We received the watch in the box with only one strap attached. We took it to the jeweler to have the other strap attached, and he mentioned that the holes that the pins are not deep enough, and he wasn't sure how long the bands would stay on the watch. The watch is not keeping the correct time, and as of today, it has moisture under the crystal. I have contacted Watch Tomb asking to return the watch. I will update my post once I see what kind of customer service they have.
