Difficult returning/exchanging after recieving different product than expected

I have ordered the same model and size twice in the past. I purchased one recently and it is a completely different fit than what I have received in the past. Now am having trouble on the return process. I am unable to exchange for a bigger size of the same bra; rather being offered different bra model instead.

I loved half of the bras I got but this was not one of them (band was too tight even though same size in other styles was perfect). The others needed to be returned and what a HASSLE. First I had issues initiating the return, then there was a lag in customer service response, then I went to the listed fedex location. They were unable to accept my return. They sent me to another Fedex location. They were also unable to accept my return and sent me to a THIRD location. This now totaled about 50 minutes of driving despite living in a very central location. $2.00 in tolls…gas money…my valuable time. Proceed with caution unless you don’t mind running around for potential returns.

Super tight fitting

I measured myself prior to ordering this bra, and the size that the chart came back with was what I bought. It is definitely a full size too tight. I have been wearing the bar because I know they generally do stretch out of a little, but in not loving this bar at all. I also purchased a razorback bra at the same time, and that one fits so much better.
