The title is a perfect description of the skirt! It gives a soft and cute vibe just like the skirt could make someone feel.

This skirt is such a pretty satin and is such a gorgeous color. I wish I had gotten a smaller size to see if this would’ve fit me better, but I believe that due to my height of 5ft 2in, it still would’ve been too long. It was almost touching the floor for me. I’m sure it would look great on a taller girl. I also wish there was an elastic in the waist band to help the skirt stay up better. It’s the perfect skirt for dressing up for a fancy nighttime event, or down for a daytime event. It’s very good quality, definitely not see through at all.
