Delivery was prompt, and new handle and pin came with instructions on the packet.

Very poor communication

I was very disappointed with trying to communicate with your company. As there was no possibility of speaking to a person I ordered the wrong size of replacement handle, which had to be returned. I then had to pay postage when the correct size was sent to me. Your messaging agent Ruth seemed to do her best to help but was obviously very busy and overworked. A simple person to person phone chat would have been much better. Hence the single star. The replacement handle had to be modified to fit but I was warned about this.

New handle, filter and handle all fit as they should. Instruction on removing the old pin without damaging the bracket, and advice on what size bit to drill the hole in the new handle would be helpful.
