The glass insert was easy to install and fit perfectly. The video directions were detailed and easy to follow. I sincerely appreciate how helpful the Pease staff were when I called to asked some questions before buying. They immediately sent links to detailed information regarding, measuring, installing and painting. After ordering it was shipped right away and arrived exactly 5 days later as promised and for a very reasonable shipping fee. While hunting for this window The staff at Pease asked me several questions that didn't pertain to what I was doing. I finally found the right term to search on (grill between glass) and found the window I needed. The window was deleivered in four days and fit like a glove. A big improvement from our old window and we now have the space under it for our dog door.
