It has really helped reduce my hormonal acne that started appearing after my third child quit breastfeeding and I quit having children. It has also helped reduce cramps and equalize my period so it isn’t so intense all at once.

PMDD

I got these for PMDD. My moods shift extremely on my 14 day prior period. And these help! But I’m giving it four star because I’m still waiting for ance to clear up on my face. But I 100% recommend them to everyone. My journey hasn’t been easy when you have Cyclothymia and never knowing when moods will shift. But in regards to PMDD I have a little bit of stability now. Thanks for making these! Wish I had as a teenager.

FLO has really worked for my hormonal acne. My skin is probably the clearest it has been in my life. I prefer the capsules to the gummies because I don't want the added sugar intake every day.
