FLO // PMS Vitamin Capsules

I recently stopped using hormonal birth control and a friend recommended FLO to help with PMS symptoms. I have seen little difference. I am also diagnosed with PMDD so it is possible my symptoms may be more difficult to treat. Not sure if I will continue my subscription.

Taken them almost 4 months before I started see any results up my hormonal acne is almost gone and definitely not as painful as before.

Ive notice my acne is subsiding since I started tsking capsules
