Don’t use with contacts or without. This stuff gets everywhere.

Love this for special occasions or just a fun pop on the eyes. Glides on smoothly. Does tend to flake a bit after a while, but it doesn’t bother me.

Really nice eye liner is very pigment and looks amazing
