starlet lustrous liquid eyeshadow

I love this liquid shadow although I am not quite sure how to use it when it is a mat liquid lipstick very much means so, by this, I mean, if not dried and applied correctly it does crack and looks a little bit dusty on the eyes. It is a little bit hard to blend. But it’s such a beautiful eyeshadow/highlighter one is used correctly.

I tested it on my dorsal side of my hand and its still very reflective under flash light and in the sun after I had wiped it off

STUNNING !! when it dries down, it doesnt budge. super lightweight and no odor. super happy with it !!
