Microgreens Pumpkin Seeds - Sugar Pie

Very bitter

Not sure how to rate these seeds. They all germinated and grew well. I purchased them to harvest as microgreens but they were so bitter and gross. They looked beautiful but I threw the entire tray out and feed them to my friend's chickens. I will never grow them again as they were horribly bitter and not anything I wanted to eat. If you like really bitter flavors, you may like them. As noted they grew well and I had no issues with the growing process. Just no one wanted to eat them after trying them.

I loveeeee the flavor of these, so interesting
