Whisker Biscuit Tee

The quality of the shirts was fine I can't give a bad review for that but the customer service sucks. I ordered the shirts and paid for express mail so I was expecting it in 2-3 days. So the day I was assuming I was gonna get it I didn't so I emailed the company and asked if it had shipped and if so could they please provide me a tracking number. I get an email back with them basically screaming at me through email "No it has not!!!!" and so on and so on, then ending "Do you want to cancel!!!". Then I was informed that they are a print on demand and that it could take up to 5-7 business days plus I was reminded to read the ordering and shipping information. Anyways, I didn't get my 2 shirts I ordered for a month and then I get this email to write a review. No I'm not a customer scorned just didn't want to wait a month for my merchandise and no refund on my express shipping. I hope everyone elses shopping experience was better than mine because I will never buy another shirt from this company again.

Cute shirt but I didn’t notice there was an option for cropped or uncut and it came cropped so I couldn’t wear it. I just assumed it would be like the pic showed.. I’ll pay closer attention next time.
