5 Day Juice Cleanse - EXALT Life

Excellent reset

I was skeptical but the high calorie count and high daily protein suede me to try the five day program. It was much harder than I thought it would be (I’ve done a five day fast mimicking so that could be why I thought it would be easy) but I felt really good by day four and my sleep improved noticeably on the second night and definitely by the third. I’ll be doing this again.

Too sweet

I think overall, all the bottles were very sweet. Palate wise it was too much for me to handle. I don’t like sweets and consuming sweet drinks all day was too much for me
