I love this tumbler so much!! I am a slow coffee drinker (it takes me at least 3-4 hours to finish one latte) and this keeps my coffee hot/super warm the whole time!! I’ve been looking for a sleek, easy to clean tumbler and I’ve found it. Highly recommend!!

Great experience with Customer Support

I had an issue with a small broken part in the cap of my Sidekick coffee tumbler. I emailed Customer Support explaining what happened and just asked for a new cap. They were in constant contact with me through the claim process and sent me a whole new tumbler! What a nice surprise and great experience! Thanks so much Simple Modern!!!
