Java Indonesian Vanilla Beans - The Salatiga - Grade A

I just received my Salatiga beans yesterday and made 2 batches of cocoa vanilla extract using rum. The vanilla beans were nice, plum and oily - as always. I went with these beans since they have a cocoa profile along with the caramel and mocha.

Great choice!!

I am still trying to decide what I want them swimming in. I haven't been disappointed yet and I know I won't be disappointed with these beans whatever I decide.

I just received these beans today so I haven't sent them swimming yet. Coming from VanillaPura, I know they will be wonderful.
