Delicious smelling beans!

I decided to take a chance on these beans, and I’m glad I did! I make a big batch of vanilla every fall, and I let it mature for a year. My vanilla infusion jar was empty after I put last year’s Madagascar vanilla in my kitchen bottle, so it was time for a new batch. I got 4 oz of beans, just to see what the flavor and aroma was like. I loved it - sweet, creamy, and mildly toffee-like. They also seemed to have notes of marshmallow to me. I quickly bought 4 more ounces and I have them soaking in my infusion jar in Bacardi rum!
