Bought a 9 really feels like a 10.5-11

The process of ordering and receiving in the mail was a pleasant easy experience. But they advertised in their description their size chart or sizing as being “actual size or real size”. But I normally wear a 10 so I got a 9 and my feet are swimming in the shoes plus the inner sole after wearing it for a few days has already began to unglue. It is starting to roll under my heel and feels uncomfortable. Unfortunately I cannot return or exchange because of the return policy and me already having used them. So if you wear a 10 buy an 8.

Excellent quality. I have both the black and brown shoes now. Wear them daily!! Great comfortable shoes.
