poppy king lipstick - indolence

Lipstick arrived from WA to my door the ACT in no time at all, carefully and beautifully package. Now for a trip down memory lane, reading optional 😊. I grew up in Alice Springs, which in the pre internet 80's and 90's meant access to many "trendy" items. However, when Poppy originally released Seven Deadly Sins in 1992, it was available in one of the local pharmacies. My friends and I were 15/16 and would save our money from our weekend jobs to buy it. We felt so cool and loved the lipsticks. Indolence was always my fave. One of best friends fave was Avarice. After leaving school we went from Alice to London in 1995 and then to Sydney for uni and people always wanted know what lipstick we were had on. It is exactly as I remember it, from the hot deserts of home, to the clubs of London and the fun of uni. Nearly 35 years since first wearing it and for this almost 50 year old it the colour and formula is timeless. Now holding my breath for a re release of the "sheer" versions.
