Support that goes on long after the original sale

Want the bottom line: Rolf Prima cares about the people using their equipment, even if it's years and years afterward. We were upgrading to Shimano 12-speed and had to replace the freehub on our nearly 10 year old set of wheels. Not only do they make the parts needed, they emailed me after I ordered to make sure I ordered the right one, and provided me the information I needed to make the conversion even easier. Fantastic products, outstanding support, reasonable prices.
