Your system for re-ordering when returned for an incorrect size is not user friendly. Too much back and forth texting. Either==There should be a link for explanation and demonstration so people can do it without multiple questions and and back and forth texting, or 2==a quick conversation with a live person could have solved the problem in 2 minutes instead of several days. It could have been much easier. That said, the product is excellent.

I have 4 pair. I get a lot of compliments. People, including myself, really like the subtle embellishments at the pockets. Comfortable, easy to care for.
