First,I must state I have been very pleased with my previous 10 Wolf & Shepherd orders. Quality shoes. Great look. Versatile. There is a size variance from shoe model to model. So pay attention to the customer feedback before ordering. My initial closer loafer order was my normal size 10. When it arrived it was too big and falling off my foot. When I tried the online exchange for a half size smaller, that was not an option in the return menu. I contacted customer service and they immediately processed an exchange for the 9.5. The replacement arrived quickly and fit perfectly. Advice: purchase at least a half size below your normal size. Great customer service. Related to my original order, I live in a gated community. The previous 10 Wolf & Shepherd shoe deliveries were without issue. This time, they had a new delivery vendor who did not follow the access instructions at the gate and choose to leave my shoes outside the gate on a public street. Luckily my neighbor noticed the show box and brought my shoes to me. My shoes were left outside the gate for hours! Unacceptable!!!

Great fit and comfortable for long days on your feet! I usually wear a 10.5 in sneakers (really any shoe with laces), but ordered a 10 and they fit really well.
