Beautiful fragrance. Clean fresh and feels like you're near the ocean!

Unlike anything else I’ve ever owned

This scent is truly unique. Best way to describe it would be through imagery, as I find the notes and accords described on fragrantica don’t do it justice. It opens up and takes into the middle of a dense wetland/old growth/ massive red wood forest. It has a stream through it, and you decide to follow that stream. Spring has bloomed and small herbs and flowers scarcely cover the banks of the stream, gradually growing into a much larger river. As the scent dries down, this journey bring you to low height waterfall, merging into the pacific ocean, ancient rock harbouring small pieces of fresh kelp that the high tide washed up, but thankfully it’s not pungent. It’s almost soothing, like seasoned wood on an old boat. I tried my best to describe what this scent feels like to me, but if you’d like a more contemporary review, I’ll spare a few words for that as well. This scent is not for everyone to carry, but it has been unanimously liked by everyone who has smelt it on me. It not unisex, definitely masculine. Notes wise, frqgrantica is pretty accurate in describing it : Aquatic, seaweed (again, this is a very subtle but prominent note), mossy, woody, alongside a garden of harmonious herbs and flowers. Currently, it’s my favourite day and early evening scent, and hope to explore the rest of the line made by Vertus.
