The Best Sustainable Caviar

For New Year’s, we tried the three highest grades: Classic, Supreme and Imperial. There was a clear demarcation between the grades, but the quality level started very high. One could consume Classic grade every week or so; Supreme maybe once every four weeks; and save the Imperial for the most special occasions. The Club is the best way to set up such a schedule, and I thank Stirling for enabling such a system to allow us to enjoy their unique, farm-raised caviar!

Kilo club is amazing

Recently purchased kilo club for a birthday gift. The initial shipment including the key/spoons/shirt with the first shipment of caviar all came as expected on time. The best part outside of the amazing caviar was the hand written note to the recipient welcoming them to the club. It was quite the personal touch. Ohhh and once again the caviar was excellent !!!!
