Poor Customer Service

This is more of a customer service review than a product review as I have still not yet received my order. I placed an order on 12/19 and on 12/20 the item was marked as shipped and I received a shipping notification email with a tracking number. This company is based in IN and I am in TN so I was hopeful that the item might arrive in time for Christmas. Christmas came and went and the tracking for the package said “UPS waiting to receive item. ” I emailed the company as per their website instructions and STILL 2 weeks later have not yet received a reply to my email. On New Years Day I called the shop and was surprised that they were open. I explained that my item’s tracking number had not moved in almost a week and a half. I was told that the shop has an “issue” with UPS and IF they didnt pick up the packages that day then someone from the shop would have to take the packages and drop them off at UPS. I dont understand why you would mark an item as shipped if it had not been picked up by the postal service. My package has been there for 2 weeks but marked as shipped but it hasnt moved at all. The person I spoke to also acted annoyed when I said I had a hard time getting in touch with someone to followup on my order. She said the shop took a break for the holiday which I am in FULL support of but why then do you not have a notice on your website that says orders placed on “X” date will not ship until AFTER the holiday? I am 100% a small business consumer but it seems more and more that I have come across small businesses who act like they dont need my business or my business is a bother. I dont feel like I have unrealistic expectations. If I ever do receive my order I wont reorder from this company simply bc of the poor customer service experience.

Best. Scent. Ever.

I don’t want to write a review because I know if I do everyone is going to want to buy it and horde onto this, but I can’t help but rave about how much I love this smell. This perfume is the best smell ever and lasts all day, and I’m constantly getting compliments. I love it so much and it’s all I can do to not buy all of the stock and keep it for myself.
