The hat showed up in perfect condition. There was a glitch in the delivery. According to the tracking app the hat took a tour of the US after being an hour away once. I contacted Dive Bomb customer service and they were very receptive to me keeping them informed. We shared a couple of emails and the hat in fact showed up at my door within the layed out time frame. Just 4 days after it had reached the regional location and took a bizarre route to the East Coast. Great to Work with-zero complaints
