Terrible customer service, the shoes are too small. I’ve reached out to the team four times. No one will respond to me. I would strongly recommend you refrain from purchasing these shoes, you may never hear from them again if you have to exchange a return.

Terrible customer service. The shoes do not fit. I’ve tried reaching a human being at Vinci 4 times now to arrange a return and no response. They only allow 14 days to return and I’m concerned that they will deliberately refuse my return now.
