Excellent service

My Lucca came without PID buttons, they sent 2 out and had it in 2 days. As far as the espresso machine goes, it's the best one I ever own. I can now use my bottomless filter. Flawlessly, but the pid buttons, they do not stay in their holes. I already lost one .
