I love my Aegean Sea 3mm yoga mat!! It's actually my 2nd of the same and 4th YDL mat overall!! I couldn't imagine doing ANY class without them!! With all the heated classes and dripping sweat, these mats DO NOT slip and have Never let me down!! I flow knowing the cushy grip will keep me steady and into transitions without any hindrance of towels bunching or shifting! I just give it a quick spray with a water/oil combo after class, gently pat/wipe, then hang when I get home. BEST MATS EVER!!💕
