Great evening tea for relaxing moments

Nice balanced cup of herbal tea that is in my regular rotation for evening/bedtime teas that help me relax after a stressful day. This tea makes me want to put on my cozy flannel PJ's, curl up with a good book, and enjoy a cuppa with a touch of honey.

Very tasty and does help you sleep
