From start to finish, my order and experience was clearly of utmost importance to the KG team. I live in the Northeast, and received an email from David asking me if I could move up the delivery date, as the weather in my area in December was not optimum for the plant I ordered. All of my emailed questions about care were answered promptly, and the moss ball and plant were absolutely gorgeous! (I sprung for the extra twine for color, and am so glad I did.) This was the perfect gift for my parents.
