The initial Flic Twist i recieved was faulty, one of the ring lights wasn't working. I contacted Flic and their support department were extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement right away. I was always kept up to date with the process and even when I had issues sending back the original Flic Twist, they were very understanding. I highly recommend Flic and their products. I have many of them integrated into my smart home ecosystem. Thank you to all at Flic.

Expensive and clunky. Range is sub par compared to other zigbee or zwave devices. Wouldn't recommend any Flic devices nor purchase them again.
