Product package arrived in good condition, on a palette and properly secured. Have not opened the box yet but everything seems in tact. Delivery was super fast and I got it for an unbelievable price. The price was so good I thought I was going to receive a used product or even a lower quality one, but product was as described. I’m estatic and can’t wait to install.

Customer service was exemplary in every aspect of my purchase through the delivery was was much quicker than I anticipated. Once installed and set up it was everything I had hoped for. People have stopped by and saw it thinking it was a gas fireplace because of how realistic it looks. I had this hooked up to 220 volt and the heater is awesome and will quickly heat up the room. It’s great to be able to use it for the ambiance in the summer because I don’t have to turn the heat on unlike a gas fireplace like I had in my other homes which kept me from using it half the year. This one can be used year round.
