Clarified Tomato Broth

I love this stuff. I've never seen tomato broth strained or filtered like this. It has a very heady tomato aroma. Besides chili and pasta sauce, I've used this for cocktails - awesome in a Bloody Mary!

I was naturally interested in this as a big tomato juice fan. It's intriguing. I'm quite used to V8 and regular tomato juice and had never seen one like this. It has the appearance of dark tea. The aroma is like a bright pasta sauce. I ended up using all of it for cocktails, like a light Bloody Mary, and it was fantastic!
