Bundle of 3 (each in its own box)

I purchased the C Curl eyelash curler as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, the recipient only recently had a chance to try it and it didn’t work well for them. When I reached out to request a return, I was told no exception could be made because it was past the 30-day window — even though it was a holiday gift. I understand having policies, but I was really disappointed by the lack of flexibility or empathy in this situation. The product itself didn’t meet expectations, and the refusal to offer any solution (even store credit) makes me regret this purchase. If you’re buying this as a gift, be aware that there is essentially no grace period, even around the holidays. Based on both the product experience and the customer service, I would not purchase again.
