Wrong scooter - this one tips easily

Not sure how it happened but sometime between time we submitted order and went thru financing and then it was shipped went from 4 large wheels to 2 small centered front wheels which are not stable. Because of cost to return and exchange, we could not afford to do that. Disappointed.
