RS6 Remote Starter

The kit came professionally packaged and videos online for install. My RS6 was more complicated that the video install that was using an A6. I did not blame them as there are only a few RS6's out there. once i got to the module, the harnesses were easy to install. i then had a problem when completed. I called their office, which is in the US! and spoke with a real person who lives in the US!!!. He found my problem very quickly and the remote starter works! he was very pleasant and apologized more than once for any inconvenience.
