Pre-Workout+ - Frozen Lemonade

Delicious flavor

I got this because I love lemonade flavor and wanted to try it. . It was delicious! And it contains a lot of energy. Helped motivate me and get me pumped for my strength workout. I'm a big fan of this product and love the balance. Will be buying again. 😆

I loveeeeee the taste. I can’t say I noticed a difference though as far as an energy boost. Also frustratingly I lost a large amount of powder when I tried getting the scoop unstuck from the bottom of the container.

Great Preworkout

So far so good! The flavor is delicious. Not too tart, not too sweet. I didn't notice much of a difference with half a scoop, will try a whole scoop for my next workout!
