Great look.. when it can actually be powered

The lights look great, and support are prompt at getting back to me however the power pack provided doesn't power the lights for more than 15 minutes with fresh batteries. Support's only suggestion was to get rechargeable batteries and wouldn't swap the power pack to another part as I assumed what I had was faulty. The only way to keep the lights on are connecting the usb to an actual plug, however the wire provided is way too short to connect to one which support didn't want to provide when I asked. For the price of these lights I think it should work just from the power pack
