Rubik's Crystal Cube 3x3

Clearly a Rubik's Cube (see what I did there?)

I got it for its looks, and to give Rubik's a bit of business. This is not a speed cube. It is loud and clumsy, slow but makes up for it by being hard to control and encourages precise turning by supporting corner cuts of no more than small single-digit angles. Don't buy this to compete, or even for serious practice. On the plus side the colors are excellent and easy to identify quickly, and the transparent motif is interesting, though underwhelming. It may be possible to improve the performance with the right lubes, but in general I prefer cubes that can be used sans goop. Maybe if you have the right mount and the right lighting it would make a nice display.
