After not practicing guitar for 10 years, this book is perfect. I appreciate the music not being tab only, and forces me to brush up on standard notation!
The preface on Giuliani is an entertaining read as well, not the usual Wikipedia type intro that's far too common in music books.

It's a great set of exercises that allow you to focus on different fingerstyle patterns and variations.

Very good however the notation system is super weird, not a problem for me because i tead sheet music and the exercises are on the first 5 frets of the guitar, very good overall
